The new season is upon us! It’s the time of year to JUMP, BALL-OUT and register for the                                                                               2016-17 FORT GREENE BASKETBALL SEASON!

After our successful outdoor basketball campaigns in Back To Our Roots (1st Place-14U), IronMan (2nd place-12U) tournaments, we start to prepare for our IBL season on December 3rd!

That Saturday, we will have “Open Court Basketball Day”, where returning players, and newcomers are invited to the gym to meet and greet the Ft Greene Sports Basketball Staff, from 3:30m-7:30pm.

All prospective student-athletes MUST come with a parent to sign an insurance waiver- THIS IS MANDATORY!!

Again, a parent (not a relative unless that relative is an official, court-recognized custodian to the child) must attend our Q&A, which will include info about our program and the commitment we expect from each family to insure another successful basketball season.

You can find our application by clicking here- “JOIN NOW”. Each family can download and print this application, and bring it to “Open Court Day”.

Last season, led by Coach Chris Jefferson-, our 12U won the 2014-15 Championship at the famed St Thomas Aquinas Gym!

Overall, we have won 8 League Championships!

Our former players include former Kentucky star Dakari Johnson and current D-1 standout at Cal State Fullerton, Kyle Allman, Jr.

Many of our players have been, or are successful in D-2 and D-3 college programs, as well as local high schools- Banneker, Bedford Academy, Westinghouse and Bishop Loughlin.

We are the “jump” to basketball and personal achievement for youngsters ages 7-16, because we are the “Anchor of the Community”-
